Scrumptious dishes make up the menu at The Gannet, which features classic British recipes with a modern twist. The Gannet’s hearty menu has been created by the Rosette winning chef at the Carbis Bay Estate. Each dish developed to fit with our home-cooking style menu, which is packed full of locally sourced ingredients from the finest Cornish producers.
